At Classic Creations Wreaths, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Most unused, unopened items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. However, seasonal items must be returned within 30 days. Out-of-season sale Items and all Wreath sales are FINAL and non-returnable, with few exceptions. Some non-seasonal sale items may be eligible for return; please email us to inquire about exceptions. Damages or Missing/Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days and provide a picture of the damaged item(s). Retain all items and packaging until the issue is resolved with UPS or USPS, allowing us to provide a refund or exchange. When you get your order, please ensure all items are in good condition. If you still need an item or received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can send out the correct product as soon as possible and make sure it's available. We cannot provide credits for defective products after 3 weeks from delivery.
